Hachiōji is a city in Tōkyō prefecture.
Ekipo (えきぽ) which means "station walk" is a Japanese made-up word from eki (駅 - えき) which means station and sanpo (さんぽ) meaning walk. JR East uses this word for promoting walking routes of approx. 2 hours each around many of it's stations. More info (Japanese only) can be found here: http://www.jreast.co.jp/tabidoki/walkrally_ekipo/. Using the App you can "check-in" at each sight and after completing the route you'll get a "stamp" displayed and be added to the ranking.
